It’s been over a month since ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ was release in theaters. I think it’s a good time to talk about it. Just in case,
------------------------------------------SPOILERS-------------------------------------------------

Next installment in the beloved Star Wars franchise, ‘The Last Jedi’ is the longest Star Wars film up to this date with the running time of 2 hours and 35 minutes. We see lovable characters from the previous films while meeting new ones.

The story felt dragged, but I understand the points they needed to arrive to the next point. Each character had their own story going on in this film with Poe dealing with the new Commander, Finn and Rose on their own mission with BB-8, Rey dealing with Luke who is dealing with his own past. Kylo Ren has his own thing going on with the First Order. Even Chewbacca has his own thing with the Porgs.  I feel like that is probably why the story dragged out with minor plots before we get to the main plot. That’s when everyone comes together.

It was nice seeing things from previous Star Wars films such as R2-D2 showing Luke the hologram of Leia from ‘Star Wars: Episode IV-New Hope’. We see Yoda again! That was cool to see, and how he interacted with Luke~ Luke showed similarities to Obi-Won where he tried forgetting his past and we only saw Luke train Rey for one scene, similar to how you actually see Obi-Won train Luke in short scenes. Rey finds out about her parents just being normal people, just like Anakin.

I wonder if they are going to bring back the Code Breaker guy again in future films. It’s never really established if Finn and Rose met the Code Breaker. At first, I thought the Code Breaker was the girl next to the casino guy who Finn and Rose thought was the actual guy since she was the one to notice the trio.

Film and TV Show Recommendations

After I watch a Film or a TV show, I always list the name and the Director of the work.  At the end of the year, I count them all to see how many I've seen in that year.  These Films or TV shows are my Top works that I recommend. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Grand Budapest Hotel (Wes Anderson)      - Originally a novel, A Man narrates the story about his days of working as a Bell Boy at The Grand Budapest Hotel.  The Bell Boy also talks about the Concierge of the hotel.  I love the Cinematography of the film along with the interesting Story plot.  I feel like the Film's humor depends on the person's taste in humor.  The Humor was delivered through dialogue and action.  There are a few scenes that might not be appreciated by some people.  So, make sure you look closely at the rating of the film.  Hyouka (23 episodes) ...
