--------------------------------------------------------CONTAIN SPOILERS--------------------------------------------------------

A Sequel/Reboot to the previous Ocean films starring an all female cast with Sandra Bullock leading the way. Only two characters from the Ocean films appear in this show with a glimpse of George Clooney. The Director, Gary Ross, also help write the screenplay; which he has more experience in writing than directed. He has written scripts from ‘The Tale of Despereaux’(2008) and ‘Big’(1988).

The interesting part of Heist film is the ‘how’. The process and execution of the heist are fun to watch and ‘Ocean’s 8’ is one of them. The characters brought life to this film. The comedy consists of character interaction. The cast was beautiful and brought the individual personality of each character to the story. James Corden was also amazing in this film~ It felt like a music video or a fashion lookbook with the wonderful scenes with the jewelry and the fashion. There is one part where they jump cut between Lou and Debbie speaking on the beach. The scene felt like a different film compared to the rest of the scenes.

I’ve seen a few heist films where it goes bad in the end, so I thought it might happen in the film. Even though they are doing something bad and don’t really have any worthy cause in doing it, you root for the ladies’ happiness.

One thing I didn’t like, the marketing for this film. They ruin the surprise of Anne Hathaway’s character actually joining the group.

Film and TV Show Recommendations

After I watch a Film or a TV show, I always list the name and the Director of the work.  At the end of the year, I count them all to see how many I've seen in that year.  These Films or TV shows are my Top works that I recommend. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Grand Budapest Hotel (Wes Anderson)      - Originally a novel, A Man narrates the story about his days of working as a Bell Boy at The Grand Budapest Hotel.  The Bell Boy also talks about the Concierge of the hotel.  I love the Cinematography of the film along with the interesting Story plot.  I feel like the Film's humor depends on the person's taste in humor.  The Humor was delivered through dialogue and action.  There are a few scenes that might not be appreciated by some people.  So, make sure you look closely at the rating of the film.  Hyouka (23 episodes) ...
